are there any in app purchases or subscriptions?

None at all! We might introduce some IAPs in the future but they will be for sport or issue specific workouts and won’t affect the basic functionality.

 

How hard are the workouts?

I’m not going to lie, they’re tough, but that doesn’t mean you can’t do them. Have a little faith in yourself and you might be surprised by what you can do and how fast you improve.

I recommend everyone start at 30s intervals because at the end of the day you can make it as hard as you want by upping the intensity in those 30s whether it be by doing more reps or, if equipment is involved, increasing the resistance.

Also, when I say advanced exercises they really are advanced!

 

can i add in other activities and exercises to track my calories burned?

Not at the moment but it’s one of the first updates we’ve planned for if FITVO does well and we can invest more into developing added functionalities.
