A combination of weights, explosive plyo work and cardio. I like to do a little bit of everything as constantly mixing it up means you avoid reaching a plateau.

I love white chocolate macadamia cookies! I stay fit to indulge in my sweet tooth.

MAIN WORKOUT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Surfing. I love using HIIT for performance and keeping my athleticism at a high level whereas surfing I do for fun and to center my ego. There's nothing more humbling than mother nature and being in the ocean reminds me not to sweat the small stuff and to focus on what's truly important.

HEALTHY TREAT

I love making smoothie bowls with toppings like fruit, chia seeds and sometimes even almond butter. It's a sundae treat you can feel good about.

CHEAT MEAL

Oh man… Ultra thin and ultra crispy french fries. I mean, who doesn’t love fried salty finger food?!

HEALTH TIP

Don’t obsess over numbers on a scale. How you feel and the quality of your life are far more important.

LIFE MOTTO

Do things that challenge you and bring you out of your comfort zone. Unless you try something beyond what you have already mastered you will never grow. You might even surprise yourself!

MAIN WORKOUT

I like to start my workout with a rotating pyramid style lifting routine and finish with varying degrees of cardio for a full rounded mix of heavy strength and light endurance building. I always try to get some basketball in as well as a fun way to be active and to get the competitive juices flowing!

HEALTHY TREAT

Cauliflower pizza is my go to. Unbelievably healthy with the same great taste!

CHEAT MEAL

I seek and destroy a nice big burger with some sweet potato fries when the craving hits.

HEALTH TIP

Listen to your body and not your mind. Your mind will tell you to quit or that you're not good enough but your body is stronger than you realize. Let it take the lead and dominate your fitness and nutritional goals!

Get 8 hours of sleep, drink lots of water and laugh like it's your job. Nutrition and exercise won’t matter if you aren’t sleeping, hydrated and happy.

Ballet Barre everyday and if I can't take a class I use a fit loop resistance band for my feet and do glute exercises with weights. Stretching is also a key part of my workout routine.

HEALTHY TREAT

Almond, cashew and cranberry trail mix.

CHEAT MEAL

I love pasta and my favorite is chicken alfredo.

HEALTH TIP

Always make sure to drink plenty of water! Your body is 70% water so it really is the key to a healthy lifestyle.
